We are so excited to have you join us for our wedding on the weekend of June 7th, 2025. It will be an intimate celebration with our closest friends and family. Our ceremony will be held at the Filoli Gardens, followed by an evening full of good food at Penny Roma.
SCHEDULE

Guests will arrive approximately 2pm at the Gardens with an opportunity to explore the estate. Fans, umbrellas, and water bottles will be provided.
Note: We encourage guests to wear block heels and shoes that can handle walking on garden terrain (i.e., grass and gravel)

SHUTTLE
The Jay Hotel

We will be providing snacks and water bottles on the shuttle. The shuttle will transport guests to and from the Filoli Gardens.
BREAK
The shuttle will drop guests back at The Jay ~ 4:30pm. Guests can rest, grab drinks at the Third Floor at the Jay, or grab drinks at the cocktail bar below Penny Roma - The Upstairs.

Dinner will be served family style with vegetarian options. Cake & dessert will be part of the evening. We are looking forward to spending time with all of you.

We will have a brunch close to or at the hotel on Sunday to allow us to spend time in a casual setting for all those who can make it.

SAN FRANCISCO
San Francisco & the Bay Area have many hotels to choose from. We have arranged for a block of rooms and special pricing at The Jay, which is also where we will be! The shuttle down to Filoli will also be departing from that location.

ATTIRE
GARDEN COCKTAIL
Guests are encouraged to dress up in garden cocktail (think colorful! A Pinterest inspo board for those who partake) for the ceremony and reception. Our goal is for everyone to be comfortable.
We will be in a garden for the ceremony, specifically on grass with a European gravel pathway around the gardens. We encourage those who want to wear heels to wear block heels.
NOTE ON WEATHER
The Bay Area is wild. Filoli is in South Bay, which gets significantly warmer than San Francisco. We anticipate Filoli to be around 25°C / 77°F (but no humidity), whereas San Francisco will be closer to 17°C / 62°F. We encourage guests to bring shawls, jackets, etc. for SF. There will be a coat rack at Penny Roma.
